摘要
目的研究核心肌群激活联合团体式手-臂双侧强化训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能和血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)水平的影响。方法选取南阳市第一人民医院2019年5月至2020年12月收治的98例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,各49例。对照组接受核心肌群激活训练,研究组在对照组的基础上接受团体式手-臂双侧强化训练。观察两组治疗前、治疗后综合运动能力、日常生活能力及血清NSE、MBP水平的变化。结果两组患者治疗后Rivermead运动指数(RMI)、Barthel指数(MBI)评分高于治疗前,MBP、NSE水平低于治疗前,且研究组治疗后RMI、MBI评分高于对照组,MBP、NSE水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论核心肌群激活联合团体式手-臂双侧强化训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者效果较好,可提高患者的运动功能,减少血清NSE、MBP的释放。
Objective To study the effects of core muscle activation combined with hand-arm bimanual intensive training on motor function,serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and myelin basic protein(MBP)levels in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Ninety-eight stroke patients with hemiplegia in Nanyang First People’s Hospital from May 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,each with 49 cases.The control group received core muscle activation training,and the study group received group hand-arm bilateral intensive training on the basis of the control group.The comprehensive motor function,daily living ability and serum NSE and MBP levels were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the Rivermead mobility index(RMI)and modified Barthel index(MBI)were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of MBP and NSE were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with control group,study group had higher RMI and MBI,as well as lower MBP and NSE levels after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Core muscle activation combined with hand-arm bimanual intensive training is effective in treating stroke patients with hemiplegia,which can effectively improve the patient’s motor function and attenuate the release of serum NSE and MBP.
