大补元煎对肾虚型偏头痛患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Dabuyuanjian on Patients with Migraine of Kidney Deficiency

目的研究大补元煎对肾虚型偏头痛患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月中牟县中医院收治的100例肾虚型偏头痛患者为研究对象,按随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组。对照组每晚睡前接受氟桂利嗪治疗,每次10 mg;观察组接受氟桂利嗪联合大补元煎治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者眩晕、头痛、五心烦热、腰膝酸软、耳鸣和神疲乏力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者眩晕、头痛、五心烦热、腰膝酸软、耳鸣和神疲乏力评分降低,且观察组患者评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组双侧大脑平均流速、搏动指数、血管阻力指数和最大峰值流速比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者双侧大脑平均流速、搏动指数、血管阻力指数和最大峰值流速均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者腹泻、兴奋嗜睡和呕吐的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大补元煎对肾虚型偏头痛患者临床疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dabuyuanjian on migraine patients with kidney deficiency.Methods A total of 100 patients with kidney-deficiency migraine who were admitted to Zhongmou County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing.The control group received flunarizine every night before going to bed,10 mg each time.The observation group received flunarizine combined with Dabuyuanjian.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the scores of dizziness,headache,five upset heat,soreness of waist and knees,tinnitus and mental fatigue between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the dizziness,headache and five upset in the two groups of patients were lower,and the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the average flow velocity,pulsatility index,vascular resistance index and maximum peak flow velocity of the bilateral brains between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the average flow velocity,pulsatility index,vascular resistance index and maximum peak flow velocity of the bilateral brains of the two groups of patients were improved,and the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of diarrhea,excitement,sleepiness and vomiting between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dabuyuanjian has a definite clinical effect on migraine patients with kidney deficiency and is worthy of promotion.
