复方大红袍止血片联合醋酸甲羟孕酮片在功能失调性子宫出血中的应用

Application of Compound Dahongpao Hemostatic Tablets Combined with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets in the Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的探讨应用复方大红袍止血片联合醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果。方法选择2018年8月至2021年4月柘城中医院接收的110例功能失调性子宫出血患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,各55例,对照组接受醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方大红袍止血片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月的中医证候积分和性激素[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)]的水平及治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗3个月,观察组的中医证候积分低于治疗前,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的FSH、P、LH、E_(2)水平低于治疗前,且较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方大红袍止血片联合醋酸甲羟孕酮片治疗功能失调性子宫出血可以改善性激素水平,缓解症状,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Dahongpao Hemostatic Tablets combined with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 110 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding received by Zhecheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicin from August 2018 to April 2021 were selected.Random number table method was used to divide them into two groups with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Compound Dahongpao Hemostatic Tablets on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,the levels of sex hormones[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that before treatment,and lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FSH,P,LH and E_(2) in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Dahongpao Hemostatic Tablets combined with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding can improve the level of sex hormone and reduce the syndrome score,and almost will not increase the adverse reactions.
