激励式延续性护理对不孕症患者自我感受负担、心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effect of Incentive Continuous Nursing on Self-Perceived Burden,Mental State and Quality of Life of Infertile Patients

目的探讨激励式延续性护理对不孕症患者的干预效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月河南省人民医院生殖中心收治的200例不孕症患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各100例。对照组接受常规出院指导,观察组接受激励式延续性护理。比较两组患者的自我感受负担、心理状态以及生活质量情况。结果护理后两组患者身体、情感、社交以及自我感受负担总分和焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后两组患者相关生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对不孕症患者应用激励式延续性护理能够降低患者自我感受负担,缓解焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the effect of incentive continuous nursing on infertile patients.Methods A total of 200 infertile female patients admitted to the Reproductive Center of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine discharge guidance,and the observation group received incentive continuous nursing.The self-perceived burden,mental state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of physical,emotional,social and total self-perceived burden,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of the two groups were decreased,and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of related quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of incentive continuous nursing for infertile patients can reduce the self-perceived burden,reduce the adverse emotions such as anxiety and depression,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
