基于根本原因分析法的护理预防胃癌术后并发症的效果

Effect of Nursing Based on Root Cause Analysis on Preventing Postoperative Complications of Gastric Cancer

目的分析基于根本原因分析法的护理预防胃癌术后并发症的效果。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院收治的90例胃癌患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组接受一般护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上接受基于根本原因分析法的护理。比较两组患者胃癌术后并发症发生情况、出院时对胃癌术后并发症认知度评分、出院时间及出院时护理满意度。结果观察组胃癌术后发生并发症6例,发生率为13.33%;对照组胃癌术后发生并发症16例,发生率为35.36%。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组出院时间短于对照组,出院时对胃癌并发症认知度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察护理总满意度(82.22%)较对照组(62.22%)高(P<0.05)。结论基于根本原因分析法的护理可以有效降低胃癌术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing based on root cause analysis on preventing postoperative complications of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with gastric cancer admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received general nursing methods,and the observation group received nursing based on root cause analysis on the basis of the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications of gastric cancer,recognition score of postoperative complications of gastric cancer at discharge,discharge time and nursing satisfaction at discharge were compared between the two groups.Results There were 6 complications after gastric cancer in the observation group,with an incidence of 13.33%;16 complications after gastric cancer in the control group,with an incidence of 35.36%,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The discharge time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the recognition score of gastric cancer complications at discharge was was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of observation and nursing(82.22%)was higher than that of the control group(62.22%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on root cause analysis can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of gastric cancer and is worthy of clinical application.
