脑卒中患者照顾者相依关系对照顾者影响的研究进展

Research Progress on the Effects of Caregivers Dependence of Stroke Patients on Caregivers

脑卒中患者照顾者在面临繁重照护任务的同时,还需应对严重的精神心理问题,身心健康受到严重影响。相依关系作为反映患者和照顾者关系质量的变量,影响照顾者的健康结局。国外对相依关系研究较多,国内研究较为缺乏,相依关系对脑卒中照顾者照顾过程的影响罕见报道。因此,本文从相依关系的概念、测量工具及脑卒中照顾者相依关系对照顾者的影响3个方面进行综述,为解决脑卒中患者照顾过程中的照顾难题提供帮助。建议未来研究建立相依关系的理论框架,探索不同文化和疾病中的相依关系现状以及提高相依关系水平的干预措施。

While the caregivers of stroke patients face heavy care tasks,they also need to deal with serious mental and psychological problems,which seriously affect the physical and mental health of the caregivers.Dependency,as a variable reflecting the quality of the relationship between patients and caregivers,can affect the health outcomes of caregivers.There are many foreign studies on the dependency relationship,but the domestic research is relatively lacking.The influence of the dependency relationship on the care process of stroke caregivers is rarely reported.Therefore,this article reviews the three aspects of the concept of dependency,measurement tools and the impact of stroke caregiver dependency on caregivers to provide help in solving the care problems in the care of stroke patients.It is recommended that future studies establish a theoretical framework for interdependence,explore the current status of interdependence in different cultures and diseases,and intervention measures to improve the level of interdependence.
