摘要 通过填充不同质量分数的二硫化钼(MoS_(2))到聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合涂层中,以期提高涂层的硬度和耐磨性。通过空压喷涂-固化的工艺制备MoS_(2)填充改性PTFE复合涂层,并通过铅笔硬度试验对涂层进行力学性能的测定。此外,通过摩擦磨损试验研究该复合涂层的摩擦学行为,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察磨损试验后涂层的磨痕形貌,分析研究MoS_(2)填充改性PTFE复合涂层的磨损机理。铅笔硬度测试结果表明,MoS_(2)的填充可以有效提升PTFE涂层的硬度,但是随着MoS_(2)填充含量的增加,增强幅度并不大。在载荷5 N、转速60 r/min,持续时间20 min的摩擦条件下,MoS_(2)改性PTFE复合涂层的摩擦系数为0.063~0.088,磨损率为1.35~1.13[×10^(-8) m^(3)/(N·m)]。随着MoS_(2)含量的增加,摩擦系数升高,但是磨损率降低。MoS_(2)的填充可提升PTFE复合涂层的硬度,摩擦系数虽然略微增加,但是能够有效降低涂层的磨损率。 In order to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the coating,the different contents of molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))were filled into the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)composite coating.The MoS_(2)-filled modified PTFE composite coating was prepared by the air pressure spraying-curing process,and the mechanical properties of the coating were measured by the pencil hardness test.In addition,the tribological behavior of the composite coating was studied through friction and wear tests,and the wear scar morphology of the coating after the wear test was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),and the wear mechanism of the MoS_(2) filled modified PTFE composite coating was analyzed and studied.The pencil hardness test results show that the filling of MoS_(2) could effectively increase the hardness of the PTFE coating,but as the filling content of MoS_(2) increases,the enhancement is not large.Under the friction conditions of a load of 5 N,a speed of 60 r/min,and a duration of 20 min,the friction coefficient of the MoS_(2) modified PTFE composite coating is 0.063~0.088,the wear rate is 1.35~1.13[×10^(-8) m^(3)/(N·m)].With the increase of MoS_(2) contents,the friction coefficient increases,but the wear rate decreases.The filling of MoS_(2) can increase the hardness of the PTFE composite coating.Although the friction coefficient is slightly increased,it can effectively reduce the wear rate of the coating.
