不同钛白粉对阻燃PC外观与性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 添加钛白粉是生产带有颜色的阻燃聚碳酸酯(PC)产品的主要手段,而钛白粉的表面需要经过处理后,才能应用到塑料制品中。选用5种不同类型的钛白粉,研究它们对阻燃PC的外观与性能的影响。结果表明,在加工过程中,钛白粉2233对阻燃PC外观的影响最小,外观无缺陷,表现出最低的黄度指数、较优的白度与光泽度,同时有最高的缺口冲击强度(9.46 kJ/m^(2))。4种钛白粉/阻燃PC的复合物阻燃等级可达UL94 V-0级,而添加钛白粉CR-60-2的阻燃PC的阻燃等级为UL94 V-1级。综上所述,钛白粉2233更适合于阻燃PC的加工生产。 Adding titanium dioxide was the main means to produce flame retardant polycarbonate(PC)products with color.The surface of titanium dioxide was needed to be treated before it could be applied to plastic products.Five different types of titanium dioxide were selected to study their influence on the appearance and performance of flame retardant PC.The results show that the effect of titanium dioxide 2233 on the appearance of flame retardant PC is the least,and the appearance is flawless,showing the lowest yellow index,better whiteness and glossiness,and the highest notch impact strength(9.46 kJ/m^(2)).The flame retardant grade of the four kinds of titanium dioxide/flame retardant PC could reach UL94 V-0,while the flame retardant grade of the PC with titanium dioxide CR-60-2 is UL94 V-1.In conclusion,titanium dioxide 2233 is more suitable for the processing and production of flame retardant PC.
