摘要
选用硅藻土、二氧化硅、有机和无机微球作为防黏剂,聚乙烯为载体树脂制备双向拉伸聚乙烯(BOPE)薄膜用系列防黏结母料。研究对比防黏剂的种类、粒径及添加量对BOPE薄膜防黏性能、雾度和摩擦系数的影响。结果表明,以粒径为5~8μm、粒径分布跨度窄的有机和无机微球作为防黏剂制备防黏结母料,添加到BOPE薄膜表层,当防黏剂添加量(相对于BOPE薄膜的质量分数)为4%时,可使薄膜具有良好的防黏性能、优异的雾度和较低的摩擦系数。
Anti-blocking masterbatch for biaxially oriented polyethylene(BOPE)film was prepared by using diatomite,silica,organic and inorganic microspheres as anti-blocking and polyethylene as carrier resin.The influence of anti-blocking morphology,particle size and addition amount on BOPE film performance,such as,anti-blocking performance,haze and friction coefficient were studied and compared.The results show that the anti-blocking prepared by 5~8μm organic and inorganic microspheres with narrow particle size distribution span,adding 4%to the surfce of BOPE film have favorable anti-blocking performance,excellent haze and low friction coefficient.
