复合材料真空灌注用环氧树脂体系的开发及性能研究

摘要 采用两种活性稀释剂调节0164基础环氧树脂的黏度,研究了复配固化剂中甲基环己二胺(HTDA)/聚醚胺D230混合比例对固化物性能的影响,开发出真空灌注用环氧树脂体系VIEP A/B。结果表明,HTDA与D230的最佳质量比为5∶9,VIEP A/B体系黏度低、可操作时间长、中温固化高效,固化物力学性能和耐热性能优良,不逊于亨斯迈某同类产品,可用于大型复合材料结构件的真空灌注成型工艺。 The viscosity of 0164 basic epoxy resin was adjusted by using two active diluents.The effect of mixing ratio of methylcyclohexanediamine(HTDA)and D230 on properties of cured products was investigated.The epoxy resin system for vacuum infusion was developed.The results show that the optimum mass ratio of HTDA and D230 is 5∶9.VIEP A/B system has low viscosity,long pot life and efficient moderate temperature curing,as well as the cured product has excellent mechanical properties and heat resistance.VIEP A/B epoxy resin system is not inferior to a similar product from Huntsman and suitable for vacuum infusion molding process of large composite parts.
