摘要
制备了一种由海藻酸钠(SA)/壳聚糖(CS)/苹果多酚(APP)制成的新型复合膜,分析了复合膜的综合性能以及不同超声处理时间对不同质量比膜的影响。结果表明,在30 min超声时间下,SA∶CS的质量比为7∶3时复合膜具有最佳的力学性能和阻隔性能。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图像表明,超声处理促进了SA、CS和APP三种物质的相互作用,使大部分APP均匀分散在基质中,无明显聚集。添加1%APP后,膜平均1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除活性显著提高至98%±0.88%。与SA膜相比,所有比例的复合膜均具有良好的抗菌性能。
A novel composite film made by sodium alginate(SA)/chitosan(CS)/apple polyphenol(APP)was prepared.The comprehensive properties of the film and the effects of different ultrasound(US)treatment times on the film with different mass ratios were analyzed.The results show that the composite films have the best mechanical and barrier properties when the ration of SA∶CS is 7∶3 under the 30 min ultrasound time.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)images show that the ultrasound treatment promotes the interaction of the three substances SA,CS and APP,therefore,the most of the APP is evenly dispersed in the matrix without obvious aggregation.The addition of 1%of APP significantly increases the film average DPPH radical-scavenging activity to(98±0.88)%.Comparing with SA film,all proportions of composite film have good antibacterial properties.
