The Influence of Digital Economy on Regional Green Total Factor Productivity

摘要 利用DEA-GML指数测算2011—2017年中国30个省区市绿色全要素生产率(GTFP),构建Tobit模型探究数字经济发展对地区GTFP的影响效果及机制作用。结果表明,数字经济发展有利于提升地区绿色全要素生产率,并且存在节能降耗与技术创新效应,通过机制效应提升绿色全要素生产率以技术效率变化为主。在区域异质性方面,东部地区表现出明显的数字红利释放效果,西部地区还有待进一步激发数字经济效能,应因地制宜制定地区数字经济发展战略。 The DEA-GML index is used to calculate the green total factor productivity(GTFP)of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2017,and the Tobit model is constructed to explore the effect and mechanism of the development of the digital economy on GTFP.The results show that the development of digital economy is conducive to the promotion of regional green total factor productivity,and there are effects of energy saving and technological innovation.Through the mechanism effect,the improvement of green total factor productivity is mainly based on the change of technical efficiency.In terms of regional heterogeneity,the eastern region shows obvious effect of digital dividend release,while the western region needs to further stimulate the efficiency of digital economy,so the development strategy of regional digital economy should be formulated according to local conditions.
