构造了科技进步与经济增长耦合协调度模型。研究发现:江苏省科技进步与经济增长的耦合协调度逐年增加,由严重不协调发展到高度协调;科技进步的综合效益水平有两个时期落后于经济发展的综合效益水平;第三产业总值、金融机构存款和农村居民人均可支配收入对经济发展贡献度巨大;科研机构数量、用于科学财政支出和国际互联网用户数量对科技进步的贡献度巨大。

The coupling coordination degree model of scientific and technological progress and economic growth is constructed.It is found that the coupling coordination degree of scientific and technological progress and economic growth in Jiangsu Province increase year by year,from serious disharmony to high coordination;The comprehensive benefit level of scientific and technological progress lag behind the comprehensive benefit level of economic development in two periods;The total value of tertiary industry,deposits of financial institutions and per capita disposable income of rural residents contribute greatly to economic development;The number of scientific research institutions,financial expenditure for science and the number of Internet users have made a great contribution to scientific and technological progress.
