摘要
随着国家环保力度不断加大,生物质电厂超净排放是必然趋势。发展新型烟气净化工艺是生物质电厂超净排放的重要举措。介绍一种新型烟气处理工艺路线“干法脱硫+袋式除尘器+中温选择性催化还原脱硝”,并对中试实验的实验结果进行分析。经过该工艺处理后,生物质电厂烟气污染物均达到超净排放标准,即颗粒物、SO_(2)、NO_(x)排放浓度分别低于5、35、50 mg/Nm^(3)。
With the continuous increase of national environmental protection efforts,ultra-clean emission of biomass power plant become an inevitable trend.Therefore,it is important to develop a new flue gas purification technology for biomass power plants.A new flue gas treatment process combined with dry desulfurization,bag dust removal and selective catalytic reduction of NOx at medium temperature.The experimental results of pilot test are analyzed and discussed is introduced.The new flue gas treatment process is proved to be feasible by the tests of practical uses,in which these concentrations of flue gas pollutants are below the ultra-clean emission standard.The concentration of SO_(2) is lower than 35 mg/Nm^(3).The concentration of NO_(x) is lower than 50 mg/Nm^(3).The concentration of dust is lower than 5 mg/Nm3.
