摘要
以“养老护理人员”“养老照护人才”“养老护理人员胜任力”为主题词,对中国知网(CNKI)数据库中2010年5月—2020年5月发表的相关文献进行检索,将纳入的357篇文献题录用CiteSpace软件进行基本统计分析。在此基础上通过对养老护理人才方面的研究发展趋势、研究主体、基金来源、关键词共现、主题聚类等进行分析,发现中国养老护理人才研究领域定量分析较少,研究者和研究机构之间合作性不强。建议未来养老护理人才培养领域中应多吸引来自社会多方资源的参与,增加创新性和多方合作研究,不断推动中国养老护理人才研究领域的发展,打造符合老年人需求的养老护理人才团队。
Related literatures published from May 2010 to May 2020 in the database of China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)were searched,the index term included“nursing staff for the Aged”or“nursing talent for the aged”or“competence of nursing staff for the aged”.CiteSpace software was employed for basic statistical analysis of the 357 included literatures.Through the analysis of the research development trend,research subject,fund source,keyword co-occurrence,subject clustering of old-age nursing talents,it is found that there are few quantitative analysis in the research field of endowment care talents in China,and there is a lack of cooperation between researchers and research institutions.Therefore suggest the future pension in the field of nursing personnel training should be more attract the participation of many resources from the society,increase innovation and cooperative research,push our country old-age nursing talents development in the field of research in our country to build in line with the needs of the elderly nursing talent team.
