人工智能居家养老涉及一系列的伦理问题,包括老年人自主性维护与人工智能物化操控之间的伦理冲突,老年人渴望亲情关怀与人工智能弱化家人情感支持之间的伦理冲突,老年人监护需求与隐私保护之间的伦理冲突,老年人健康养老服务需求与人工智能资源分配不公正之间的伦理冲突。对此,应通过加强基础理论研究,完善老年人赡养制度,加强隐私数据保护和强化各级政府责任等举措,达到促进人工智能技术与居家养老深度融合的目的。

Artificial intelligence home care for the elderly involves a series of ethical problems,including the ethical conflict between the autonomous maintenance of the elderly and the materialized manipulation of artificial intelligence,the ethical conflict between the elderly’s desire for family care and the artificial intelligence’s weakening the emotional support of family members,the ethical conflict between the guardianship needs of the elderly and the protection of privacy,the ethical conflict between the elderly’s demand for health care services and the unfair distribution of artificial intelligence resources,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen basic theoretical research,improve the support system for the elderly,strengthen privacy data protection,and strengthen the responsibility of governments at all levels to achieve the goal of promoting the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and home care.
