中国生命伦理学的范式与图型——评《建构中国生命伦理学:大疫当前》

The Paradigm and Schema of Bioethics in China-Review of the Constructing Chinese Bioethics:Current Epidemic

新冠肺炎不仅以或重或轻、或隐或显的方式威胁着人们的生存,也拷问着伦理学这样一个西方哲学分支学科在今天中国的命运,以及儒学这样一个本土文化传统在今天中国的命运。《建构中国生命伦理学:大疫当前》的出版体现了生命伦理学研究者的理论勇气和时代担当,所选诸篇论文既立足中国传统伦理文化资源特别是儒家传统,又有对西方伦理学范式和观念的运用,探究了与疫情相关的诸多问题。其中很多讨论并不止于抽象的哲学理论沉思,而是切中了具体实践情境下的真问题。与此前同名文集相比,从澄清宏观范式到建构中观和微观图型,这表明中国生命伦理学研究逐渐走向深入和成熟。

The COVID-19 not only threatens people’s survival in a heavy or light,or implicit or explicit way,but also questions the fate of such a western philosophy branch of ethics in China today,and the fate of Confucianism as a native cultural tradition in China today.The publication of the Constructing Chinese Bioethics:Review of the Current Epidemic reflects the theoretical courage and responsibility of bioethics researchers.The selected papers not only based on Chinese traditional ethical and cultural resources,especially Confucian tradition,but also apply western ethical paradigms and concepts to explore many problems related to the epidemic.Many of these discussions are not only in the contemplation of abstract philosophical theories,but focus on the real problems in specific practical situations.Compared with the previous collection of the same name,this paper discussed a series of problems from clarifying the macro paradigm to constructing the middle view and the microscopic graph type,this showed that the research of Chinese bioethics is gradually becoming deeper and mature.
