Modern Settlements and Urban Symbiosis

新的社区建立与传统社区的激活是城市化进程中无法回避又值得研究的新课题。本文从展览"向下生活里的X种空间方案"切入,结合重庆悦来新城的社区业态与一些建筑、艺术案例,讨论社区文化建立与社区持续发展的多种途径,试图从政府、建筑师、艺术家、在地资源等角度回应社区发展中"以人为本"的重要性,并通过案例自身的生长逻辑,表明社区以渐进姿态生长的合理性。

New community establishment and traditional community activation are new unavoidable and worthy research topics under the urbanization process.This article starts from the exhibition"x space schemes in downward life",to discuss the establishment of community culture and multiple alternatives of sustainable community development with the example of the community business forms of Chongqing Yuelai New Town and some architectural and art cases.It tries to respond to the importance of"people-orientation"in community development from the perspective of government,architects,artists,local resources,and shows the rationality of the community’s progressive growth by the logic of the case itself.
