网络化时代高职院校教师专业化发展的时代诉求与理性反思

摘要 随着信息技术的不断发展,社会发展进入了网络化时代,高职教育的发展也面临着新的机遇与挑战。作为高职教育重要保障的教师队伍的建设发展,尤其是专业化发展要顺应网络化时代发展对其提出的新诉求,即主动建构新的知识结构,不断提升技能层级,提高综合能力素养。为了更加深入地分析高职院校教师专业化发展的现状,文章从认知学习理论、行为学习理论和情境学习理论等多个视角作理论分析,并进一步提出高职院校教师专业化发展应实现从知识转移到知识活化,升级技能从简单低端到不可替代,形成从独立个体到实践共同体的教学生态,真正适应网络化时代发展的需要。 With the continuous development of information technology, social development has entered the era of networking, and the development of higher vocational education is also facing new opportunities and challenges. Teaching staff is an important guarantee for higher vocational education, and their construction and development, especially professional development, should be in line with the new demands put forward by the development of the networking era, i.e. taking initiative to construct a new knowledge structure, constantly upgrading skill level and improving comprehensive ability and quality. In order to more deeply analyze the current situation of teachers’ professional development in higher education institutions, this article conducts theoretical analysis from multiple perspectives such as cognitive, behavioral and contextual learning theories, and further proposes that teachers’ professional development in higher education institutions should shift from knowledge transfer to knowledge activation, upgrade skills from simple and low-end to irreplaceable, and form a teaching ecology from independent individuals to a community of practice, so as to truly adapt to the developmental needs of the networking era.
