摘要
文章以56所中国特色高水平高职学校建设单位为研究样本,基于来华留学生教育、在校生赴外国实习、专任教师国际化技术交流与培训、输出国际化专业教学标准和课程标准、境外办学等5种国际交流与合作的主要形式,通过高等职业教育质量年度报告和网络调查统计分析高职院校国际交流与合作的现状。调查结果表明,高职院校国际交流与合作的规模、结构、质量、效益有待取得更大进展,需要进一步扩大开放,扩大师生国际交流与合作的规模;聚焦服务师生,优化师生国际交流与合作的结构;加强国际化专业课程建设和国际化教材开发,保障国际交流与合作办学的质量;落实顶层设计和总体规划,提升国际交流与合作办学的效益。
This article takes 56 units constructing high-level vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics as a research sample,and analyzes the status quo of international exchange and cooperation of higher vocational colleges through annual reports on the quality of higher vocational education and online survey statistics based on five main forms of international exchange and cooperation,such as education for international students in China,overseas internship for enrolled students,international technical exchange and training of full-time teachers,export of international professional teaching standards and curriculum standards,and overseas schooling.The survey results show that the scale,structure,quality and efficiency of international exchange and cooperation of higher vocational colleges need to make more progress,specifically,it’s needed to further expand opening-up for larger scale of international exchange and cooperation of teachers and students;to focus on serving students and teachers and optimize the structure of international exchange and cooperation for students and teachers;to strengthen construction of internationalized professional courses and development of internationalized teaching materials and ensure the quality of international exchange and cooperative schooling;and to implement top-level design and master plan and enhance the effectiveness of international exchange and cooperative schooling.
