Analysis on the Position of Biological Laboratory Technicians in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Laboratory Safety

随着国家对实验室建设投入的不断加大,实验室安全管理的重要性日益凸显。在对“不忘初心、牢记使命”的学习中,高校生物学实验技术人员的作用和地位得到了重新认识和辨析。高校实验技术队伍是实验室建设和发展的核心,他们身兼数职,责任重大,对实验室各项工作的安全运行和开展发挥了全方位的作用。通过对生物学实验技术人员职责的理解和定位,为高校实验室更好地落实健康、安全、环保(HSE)发展理念提供了新的思路和方案。

With the continuous increase of national investment in laboratory construction,laboratory safety management has become increasingly important.In the study of“keep the original intention and keep the mission firmly in mind”,the role and status of biological laboratory technicians in colleges and universities have been re-recognized and distinguished.The laboratory technical team of colleges and universities is the core of laboratory construction and development.With multiple and heavy responsibilities,they have played an all-round role in the safe operation and development of various tasks in the laboratory.Through the understanding and positioning of duties of biological laboratory technicians,new ideas and solutions are provided for university and college laboratories to better implement the development concept of health,safety and environmental protection(HSE).
