摘要
国家重大科技基础设施作为国之重器,在一定程度上代表了国家科技创新能力和综合实力,是世界科技强国建设的重要标志。该文在分析重大科技基础设施建设历程和发展的基础上,着重阐述了在新时期高校建设国家重大科技基础设施的意义,并针对当前高校建设重大设施过程中存在的问题和不足,从国家、地方和高校自身等多个维度,就推动高校建设国家重大科技基础设施提出几点建议,供决策者参考。
National large scientific and technological infrastructures, as an important tool of the country, represent the national scientific and technological innovation ability and comprehensive strength to a certain extent, and is an important symbol of the construction of a world scientific and technological power. Based on the analysis of the construction process and development of large scientific and technological infrastructures, this paper focuses on the great significance of building such infrastructures in the new era, and in view of some problems and deficiencies existing in the construction of such infrastructures, and from the nation, local area and universities themselves, puts forward some suggestions on promoting the construction of such infrastructures for decision makers’ reference.
