可变形整流罩设计及实验系统开发

摘要 为解决传统涡激振动抑制装置适应性差、效率低等问题,设计了可变形整流罩涡激振动抑制装置,开发了可变形整流罩涡激振动实验系统,并开展了不同流速下可变形整流罩涡激振动抑制性能测试。结果表明,可变形整流罩能够实现对整流罩截面形状的控制,对涡激振动具有较好的抑制效果,验证了可变形整流罩的可行性。将该实验系统用于实验教学,可使学生深入了解涡激振动原理及其抑制过程,并对激发创新性思维、培养动手实践能力起到积极作用。 A deformable fairing for vortex induced vibration(VIV) suppression is designed and an experimental system is developed to solve the problem of poor adaptability and low efficiency for traditional VIV suppression device. The VIV suppression performance of the deformable fairing is tested at different flow velocities. The results show that the deformable fairing can control the section shape of the fairing and has a good VIV suppressing effect, which verifies the feasibility of the deformable fairing. Using the experimental system for experimental teaching can make students understand the principle of VIV and the process of VIV suppression in depth. The experimental system also plays a positive role in stimulating students’ innovative thinking and cultivating their practical ability.
