美国实验动物的管理与现状——以美国路易斯安娜州立大学为例

Management and current situation of experimental animals in U.S.A.:Taking Louisiana State University as example

实验动物与动物实验管理是生物医学研究的重要组成部分。该文从实验动物的法律法规、实验动物设施的准入制度与程序、动物实验及麻醉品管理、实验动物的日常管理等方面介绍了美国实验动物的管理情况。通过参考美国大学的管理模式及经验,对比两种不同的管理理念与管理方式,为促进国内实验动物科学的发展提供借鉴。

The management of experimental animals and animal experiments is an important part of biomedical research. From the aspects of laws and regulations of experimental animals, access system and procedures of experimental animal facilities, animal experiments and narcotics management, daily management of experimental animals, etc., this paper introduces the management of laboratory animals in the U.S.A. By referring to the management model and experience of American universities, this paper compares two different management concepts and methods in order to provide some reference for the promotion of the development of domestic experimental animal science.
