新时期高职校企合作培养文科专业人才之路

The Way of Cultivating Liberal Arts Professional Talents Through Cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises in the New Period

校企合作、产教融合是高等职业教育人才培养的重要途径。和理工类专业相比,文科专业的校企合作面临更大困难和挑战。本文在分析我国高职文科专业校企合作所处时代境遇的基础上,提出新时期文科专业培养应用型、技能型人才的校企合作发展策略和路径,包括做好顶层设计、推动校企合作课程改革、建设高水平校内外实训基地等。

University-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration are important ways to cultivate talents in higher vocational education.Compared with science and technology majors,liberal arts majors face more difficulties and challenges in university-enterprise cooperation.Based on the analysis of the current situation of university-enterprise cooperation of liberal arts majors in China,this papers proposes the strategies and paths of university-enterprise cooperation for cultivating applied and skilled talents in liberal arts majors in the new era,including making top-level design,promoting curriculum reform of school-enterprise cooperation and building high-level on-and off-campus practical training bases.
