“部门协同、双轮驱动”的社区教育人才培育实验探索

An Experimental Exploration of Community Education Talent Cultivation through Departmental Collaboration and Double-Wheel Drive

解决社区教育人才培育问题,对社区教育工作至关重要,也是社区教育实验关注的重点。佛山市南海区作为全国社区教育示范区,先后从政府购买社区教育服务、志愿者服务等角度进行了改革实践,进而通过实施“百千万”工程,进一步展开社区教育人才培育的针对性创新实验,形成了“部门协同、双轮驱动、培育人才、惠及城乡”的社区教育人才培育模式,这一实践探索给南海社区教育带来了十分积极的变化,助推了南海社区教育城乡融合发展,在社区教育融入社区治理和本土文化发掘传承方面产生了明显效果。

Addressing the problem of cultivating talents for community education which is the main focus of community education experiments.As a national community education demonstration area,Nanhai District,Foshan City,has successively carried out reform practice by means of government purchase of community education services and volunteer services,and further initiated targeted innovation experiments for cultivation of local talents through the“BAI QIAN WAN talents”project,forming the typical experiment cultivation model of“departmental coordination,double-wheel drive”.This practical exploration has brought very positive changes and obvious results to Nanhai community education,promoted the urban-rural integration development of Nanhai community education,and generated obvious effects in the integration of community education into community governance and the exploration and heritage of local culture.
