摘要 受全球气温逐渐上升的影响,热应激对奶牛的生产以及繁殖带来的危害日渐严重。热应激可导致采食量降低,机体代谢机能紊乱,生产性能降低,生理状态发生改变,严重时可导致中暑,甚至死亡,随着全球气温持续升高,热应激奶牛在未来可能会成为一个更普遍的问题。因此,找到缓解奶牛热应激、保证奶牛高产稳产的方法已成为从业者亟需解决的研究方向。γ-氨基丁酸是一种新型功能性因子,作为中枢的抑制性神经递质,具有镇静、降血压、抗惊厥等生理作用,在非神经组织中还能发挥激素或营养因子的功能,对动物机体正常的生理功能起着重要的调节作用。γ-氨基丁酸作为天然非蛋白质氨基酸的一员,不仅符合国家食品安全,也达到动物饲料安全的标准,还满足动物生产和饲料添加剂使用的需要,已展示出广阔的应用前景。 Affected by the gradual increase in global temperature,heat stress is becoming more and more harmful to the production and reproduction of dairy cows.Heat stress can lead to decrease in feed intake and the disorder of the body's metabolic functions,also reduce production performance,changes in physiological status,and even cause sunstroke and death,and as global temperatures rise,it has become one of the important effects.Therefore,finding ways to relieve heat stress of dairy cows and ensure high and stable production of dairy cows has become an urgent research direction for practitioners.Gamma-aminobutyric acid is a new type of functional factor.As a central inhibitory neurotransmitter,it has physiological effects such as sedation,lowering blood pressure,and anticonvulsant.It can also function as hormones or nutritional factors in non-neural tissues.The normal physiological functions of the animal body play an important regulatory role.As a member of natural non-protein amino acids,GABA not only meets national food safety,but also meets animal feed safety standards,but also meets the needs of animal production and the use of feed additives,and has shown broad application prospects.
