从“一成一败”两个社会主义多民族大国民族工作的实践结果来看,中国民族工作的成功离不开中国特色解决民族问题的正确道路。历史昭示我们,中国共产党的民族理论和方针政策是正确的,中国特色解决民族问题的道路是正确的。推动新时代党的民族工作高质量发展,要完整、准确、全面把握和贯彻党关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想,以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,坚定不移走中国特色解决民族问题的正确道路。中国和苏联民族工作的对比研究启示我们,在民族工作中,要把牢民族工作之魂,坚持马克思主义的指导;要贯彻民族工作之本,坚持中国共产党的领导;要夯实民族工作之基,坚持人民主体地位;要聚焦民族工作之纲,铸牢中华民族共同体意识。

From the practical results of the ethnic work of a“successful”socialist multiethnic country and a“failed”one,we learn that the success of Chinese ethnic work cannot be achieved without the correct path to solve ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics.The history shows that the CPC's ethnic theories,principles and policies are correct,and so is the path to solve ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics.To promote the high-quality development of the Party's ethnic work in the new era,we must fully,accurately,comprehensively grasp and implement the Party's important thought on strengthening and improving ethnic work,follow the main thread of consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation,unswervingly take the correct path to solve ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics.The comparative study of Sino-Soviet ethnic work offers us the following inspiration:as for ethnic work,we should uphold the soul of ethnic work——adhering to the guidance of Marxism;we should implement the root of ethnic work——adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China;we should consolidate the foundation for ethnic work——upholding the principal position of the people;and we should focus on the principle of ethnic work——consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation.
