多功能导电石墨烯纺织品的制备 被引量:3

摘要 随着科学技术水平的进步,对智能纺织品的研究日益增多。石墨烯材料具备优异的电学性能,在导电纺织品领域应用广泛,尤其是电热纺织品,有望取代传统金属丝电热复合材料,大大提高安全性,其关键技术在于导电性的控制。将氧化石墨烯(GO)与棉织物结合,通过原位还原制备还原氧化石墨烯棉织物(rGO/棉织物)。探讨GO整理液的配方和还原剂的选择对织物导电性能的影响,及在优化工艺下rGO/棉织物的感应耐久性能、耐水洗性能、紫外线防护性能和疏水性能。结果表明:在GO整理液的超声时间为60 min、质量浓度为5 g/L、保险粉为还原剂的条件下处理棉织物,可以获得良好的导电性,表面电阻小于103Ω。rGO/棉织物不仅具有良好的感应耐久性、耐水洗性,还具有紫外线防护系数50+的防护性和接触角157°的疏水性。 With the advancement of science and technology,the research of intelligent textile is increas⁃ing.Graphene materials have excellent electrical properties and are very popular in the development of conduc⁃tive textiles,especially the electrothermal textiles,which are expected to replace traditional metal wire electro⁃thermal composite materials and greatly improve safety.The key technology is the control of conductivity.The reduced graphene oxide cotton fabric(rGO/cotton fabric)was prepared by combining graphene oxide(GO)with cotton fabric through situ reduction.The effects of the formulation of GO finishing solution and the choice of reducing agent on the conductive properties of the fabric were investigated,as well as the induction durability,washability,UV protection and hydrophobic properties of rGO/cotton fabric under the optimal pro⁃cess.The results showed that the cotton fabric treated under the conditions of ultrasonic time of GO finishing liquid 60 min,mass concentration 5 g/L,and safety powder as reducing agent could achieve good electrical conductivity,and the surface resistance was less than 103Ω.The rGO/cotton fabrics not only have good induc⁃tion durability,washing resistance,but also have UV protection coefficient of 50+and hydrophobicity with a contact angle of 157°.
