摘要
鱼鳞中含有具有吸附性能的羟基磷灰石,可作为吸附材料应用于工业废水处理。为提高鱼鳞对亚甲基蓝的吸附效果,对鱼鳞分别进行酸处理、碱处理和加热处理,通过吸附实验对比预处理前后鱼鳞对亚甲基蓝吸附性能的变化。结果表明:盐酸处理可以显著降低鱼鳞的吸附能力,直至完全失去吸附能力;碱处理可以显著提高鱼鳞的吸附性能,0.1 mol/L氢氧化钠处理时吸附效果最好;干热处理对鱼鳞吸附性能的影响与温度有关,沸水处理会降低鱼鳞的吸附性能。
Fish scales contain hydroxyapatite with adsorption properties,which can be used as adsorption material in industrial wastewater treatment.In order to improve the adsorption effect of methylene blue on fish scales,acid treatment,alkali treatment and heating treatment were carried out on fish scales respectively.Through adsorption experiment,the changes of adsorption of methylene blue on fish scales before and after pretreatment were compared.The results showed that hydrochloric acid treatment could significantly reduce the adsorption capacity of fish scales until they completely lost the adsorption capacity.Alkali treatment could significantly improve the adsorption of fish scales,and the fish scales treated with 0.1 mol/L sodium hydroxide had the best adsorption effect.The effect of dry heat treatment on the adsorption of fish scales was related to temperature,while boiling water treatment reduced the adsorption property of fish scales.
