纳米银抗菌防臭纺织品的检测及银的释放行为 被引量:3

摘要 纳米金属颗粒物大多具有生理毒性,纳米功能性纺织品对人体有潜在危害。从市面上收集4种纳米银抗菌除臭纺织品,用扫描电子显微镜-能谱联用仪对纳米整理剂进行定性分析,利用超声波辅助萃取法提取纳米颗粒物,并且用扫描电镜分析其物理尺寸,研究4种织物上银颗粒在机洗和人工汗液条件下的释放行为。结果表明,各织物上的纳米颗粒物成分确实为单质银,尺寸为100~1000 nm。各织物在第1次机洗时释放的Ag颗粒为88~552μg/g,而且释放量随着水洗次数的增加迅速减少,水洗9次后基本检测不到释放的纳米银。织物中的银在人工汗液中逐渐释放,24 h后释放速率减缓,但72 h内仍未达到平衡,酸性汗液中银的释放量显著高于碱性汗液。 Most nano metal particles have physiological toxicity,nano functional textiles have potential harm to human body.4 antibacterial and deodorization textiles were collected from market,the nano finishing agent was qualitatively analyzed by scanning electron microscope-energy spectrum combined instrument.The nanoparticles were extracted by ultrasonic assisted extraction,and their physical dimensions were analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The release behavior of silver particles on four kinds of fabrics under machine washing and artificial sweat was studied.The results showed that the nanoparticle composition on each fabric was indeed elemental silver,with a size of 100~1000 nm.All samples released Ag nanoparticles in the range of 88~552μg/g during the first machine washing,the release decreased rapidly with the increase of washing times,and the released nano silver could not be detected after 9 times of water washing.Silver in the fabric was gradually released in artificial sweat,and the release rate tended to slow down after 24 h,but it still did not reach equilibrium within 72 h.The release of silver in acidic sweat was significantly higher than that in alka⁃line sweat.
