摘要
大学学术治理是大学治理体系与治理能力现代化的重要组成部分。集体行动与学术治理在目标上的耦合意味着理论上的适用性,将集体行动理论引入大学学术治理议题,能够厘清学术治理集体行动实践逻辑并为走出集体行动困境提供新的视角和思路,其中制度因素与组织因素在集体行动中发挥着关键作用。集体行动视阈下学术治理的实践逻辑主要包括,选择性激励:学术治理集体行动的核心动力,制度建构:学术治理集体行动的重要依托,学术创新:学术治理集体行动的价值导向。基于此,应从寻求学术道德共识、坚持优良的制度实践、完善评价规则标准层面构建学术治理集体行动的整合机制。
University academic governance is an important component of the modernization of university governance system and governance ability.The coupling of collective action and academic governance in the goal means the applicability of theory.The introduction of the theory of collective action into the academic governance of universities can clarify the practical logic of the collective action of academic governance and provide a new perspective and ideas for getting out of the dilemma of collective action.Among them,institutional factors and organizational factors play a key role in collective action.From the perspective of collective action,the practical logic of academic governance mainly includes selective incentive,that is the core motivation of collective action of academic governance,system construction,that is the significant support of collective action of academic governance,and academic innovation,that is the value orientation of collective action of academic governance.Herein,this paper proposes that the integration mechanism of academic governance collective action can be established by seeking the consensus of academic ethics,adhering to excellent institutional practice,as well as improving the evaluation rules and standards.
