摘要
制造业集聚与工业能源效率之间存在着复杂的非线性关系,利用2007—2017年辽宁省面板数据,测算辽宁省制造业集聚水平与工业能源效率,并采用计量模型实证探究制造业集聚对工业能源效率的门槛效应.研究表明,辽宁省工业能源效率2007—2017年均值总体呈先下降后上升的变化趋势,并表现出显著的阶段性与地区差异性特征.辽宁省制造业集聚对工业能源效率呈明显的双门槛效应:在制造业集聚低于低门槛值阶段,制造业集聚对工业能源效率的提高起推动作用;在跨过低门槛值阶段,推动作用减弱;在高于高门槛值阶段,制造业集聚对工业能源效率产生负向作用.在门槛作用下,经济发展水平、利用外资水平、产业结构、行业规模对工业能源效率产生重要影响.
There is a complex nonlinear relationship between manufacturing agglomeration and industrial energy efficiency.Based on the panel data of Liaoning province from 2007 to 2017,this paper estimates the level of manufacturing agglomeration and industrial energy efficiency in Liaoning province,and uses econometric model to explore the threshold effect of manufacturing agglomeration on industrial energy efficiency.The results show that:the average of industrial energy efficiency in Liaoning province from 2007 to 2017 shows a trend of first decline and then rise,and shows significant characteristics of stage and regional differences.Manufacturing agglomeration has obvious double threshold effect on industrial energy efficiency in Liaoning province,and in the stage of manufacturing agglomeration lower than the low threshold.Manufacturing agglomeration plays a role in promoting the improvement of industrial energy efficiency;in the low threshold stage,the driving effect is weakened;in the high threshold stage,manufacturing agglomeration has a negative effect on industrial energy efficiency.In the threshold stage,the level of economic development,the level of foreign capital utilization,industrial structure and industry scale have an important impact on industrial energy efficiency.
