以辽宁省体育小镇的实践模式为研究对象,基于可持续发展理论,根据文献分析与专家访谈,有效提炼出辽宁省体育特色小镇可持续发展的动因要素.基于政府利益驱动与消费者需求拉动以及市场推动的三重互补发展机制设计上,进一步从吸引力、推动力和支持力3个层面分析对体育特色小镇的驱动作用.从策略选择上,以五大发展理念为视角,通过打造小镇特色品牌,增强竞争力、重视生态文明建设,合理开发资源、互联网共享大数据实现市场的有效配置、发挥政府的引导作用和市场主导作用、构建以消费者为主体的公众监管模式等,实现辽宁省体育特色小镇科学管理和全面、健康、可持续发展的长期目标.

Taking the practice model of sports towns in Liaoning province as the research object,based on the theory of sustainable development,literature analysis and expert interviews,the motivation factors for the sustainable development of sports towns in Liaoning province were effectively extracted.Based on the design of triple complementary development mechanism driven by government interest,consumer demand and market promotion,further analysis of the driving role of sports characteristic towns from three aspects:attraction,driving force and supporting force.From the perspective of strategy selection,the five development concepts should be taken as the perspective to enhance the competitiveness of the town through building characteristic brands.Attach importance to the construction of ecological civilization and rationally develop resources.Internet sharing of big data to achieve effective market allocation.Give full play to the guiding role of the government and the leading role of the market.Construction a consumer-oriented public supervision mode,etc.achieve the long-term goal of scientific management,comprehensive,healthy and sustainable development of sports characteristic towns in Liaoning province.
