不同产地蒙古黄芪补气主成分分析比较 被引量:2

摘要 采用紫外可见分光光度法对山西、陕西和甘肃等3个产地的10批次蒙古黄芪中的补气主成分多糖和皂苷的含量进行了分析比较。结果表明,不同产地蒙古黄芪中的多糖含量大小为:甘肃(31.34%)>陕西(30.96%)>山西(27.44%),皂苷含量大小为:甘肃(47.57%)>山西(43.30%)>陕西(38.77%);甘肃蒙古黄芪中的多糖和皂苷含量均最高,山西蒙古黄芪中的皂苷含量高于陕西的,而陕西蒙古黄芪中的多糖含量高于山西的;黄芪在甘肃能较好生长,能更好地发挥其补气功效。该研究为补气作用蒙古黄芪的产地优选和药材深加工提供了参考。 We analyzed and compared the contents of polysaccharides and saponins in 10 batches of Astragalus mongholicus from Shanxi,Shaanxi,and Gansu by UV-Vis spectrophotometry.The results show that the polysaccharides content of Astragalus mongholicus from different producing areas is as follows:Gansu(31.34%)>Shaanxi(30.96%)>Shanxi(27.44%),and the saponins content is as follows:Gansu(47.57%)>Shanxi(43.30%)>Shaanxi(38.77%).The contents of polysaccharides and saponins in Astragalus mongholicus from Gansu are the highest,the content of saponins in Astragalus mongholicus from Shanxi is higher than that from Shaanxi,and the content of polysaccharides in Astragalus mongholicus from Shaanxi is higher than that from Shanxi.Astragalus mongholicus can grow well in Gansu and give better play to its"Qi-tonifying"effect.This study provides a reference for the optimization in producing area of Astragalus mongholicus with"Qi-tonifying"effect and the deep processing of Astragalus mongholicus.
