基于流水线的检测系统分析性能智能比对评价系统的建立与应用

摘要 目的建立临床实验室检测系统分析性能智能比对评价系统,实现不同检测系统间的智能比对。方法参考美国临床和实验室标准协会(CLSI)EP15A-2文件,借助计算机手段,基于自动化流水线的平台建立检验方法学比对性能评价软件系统。结果该系统可根据实验室制定的实验方案进行自动筛选合适样本、自动编辑项目信息、自动运送样本、自动检测、自动传结果以及自动分析结果,可在线查看结果,也可导出电子数据进行归档。该系统使用后,实验室可实时进行不同检测系统间的比对,且与以往人工模式进行不同检测系统间年度定期比对相比,降低了劳动强度、时间和人力成本。时间由1个月缩减为1周,人员由2~3人减少为1人。每个项目20支单管样本比对,比对样本的浓度覆盖分析范围且浓度分布十分均匀,同时实现了数据可溯源。结论自动化流水线硬件和软件的联合开发应用减轻了工作强度,降低了风险,提高了工作效率和检验质量。 Objective To establish an intelligent comparison and evaluation system for the analysis performance of clinical laboratory detection system to realize the intelligent comparison between different detection systems.Methods According to the recommendation of CLSI EP15A-2 documents,the performance evaluation software of test methodology comparison was established based on the platform of automatic pipeline by means of computer.Results The system could automatically screen suitable samples,edit test item information,deliver and detect samples,transmit results and analyze results according to the experimental scheme formulated by the laboratory.The test results could be viewed online or exported the electronic data for archiving.After the system was used,the results of different detection systems could be compared in real time with those of previous manual mode in annual regular comparison.The application of the system reduced the labor intensity,saved the time and labor cost.The detection time was reduced from one month to one week and the crews of laboratory were reduced from 2-3 to 1 person.Up to 20 single tube samples could be compared for each item.The concentrations of samples for comparison covered the whole analysis range and the concentration distribution was very uniform.The traceability for all the data was realized.Conclusion The combined development and application of hardware and software in automatic pipeline greatly reduces the work intensity,lowers the risk and improves the efficiency andtest quality.
