摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定合成润滑油中抗氧剂2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(简称T501)含量的方法。以乙腈和水二元溶剂为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,在最佳条件下,采用外标法进行分析。试验结果表明,合成油润滑油中T501含量在0.01~0.20 g/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)大于0.9990,检出限为0.0080 g/L。将该方法用于成品合成油中目标分析物的测定,其加标回收率均为97%~103%以内,RSD不大于3.0%。测定结果表明,利用液相色谱法对相关合成油尤其是各种性能的合成润滑油中T501含量进行检测,可得到准确的测定结果,从而对合成油进行解剖研究。通过考察合成润滑油在不同氧化条件下T501含量的变化情况,可以确定润滑油的使用寿命和在线检测。该方法具有灵敏度高、重复性好、速度快、对环境污染少等优点,其建立对相关合成油的解剖和研发工作的顺利进行提供了可靠的保障。
A method to determine the content of 2,6-ditert-butyl-p-cresol(T501),antioxidant in synthetic lubricants,by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.A binary(acetonitrile+water)solvent was used as the mobile phase for gradient elution,and the external standard method was employed for analysis under optimal conditions.The experimental results show that the content of T501 in synthetic lubricant has a good linear relationship within the range of 0.01~0.20 g/L,the correlation coefficient(r)is higher than 0.9990,and the detection limit is 0.0080 g/L.When this method was used to determine the content of target analyte in refined synthetic oil,the standard adding recovery was in the range of 97%~103%and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was not more than 3.0%.The results show that the content of T501 in related synthetic oils,especially synthetic lubricants of various properties,can be measured accurately by liquid chromatography to systematically dissect synthetic oils.By investigating the change of T501 content in synthetic lubricant under different oxidation conditions,the service life of lubricant can be determined and the on-line detection can be obtained.This method,which is sensitive,of high repeatability,less time consuming and less polluting,provides a reliable guarantee for the smooth analysis,research and development of related synthetic oils.
