摘要
采用EHD油膜厚度试验机研究建立了评价金属加工液润滑成膜性能的试验方法,并应用该方法研究了不同配方体系金属加工液润滑成膜性能。试验结果表明:在高速下金属加工液润滑油膜厚度与油品黏度有关,高黏度油品,油膜较厚;在低速下,磷系配方体系有增大金属加工液油膜厚度的作用。
An experimental method for evaluating the performance of lubricant film formation of metalworking fluid was established using the testing machine of elastohydrodynamic(EHD)lubricant film thickness,and different formulation systems were investigated by this method.The experimental results show that the lubricant film thickness of metalworking fluid is related to the viscosity of the oil under the high-speed condition-the lubricant film is thicker for high-viscosity lubricants,and formulation system containing phosphorus can increase the lubricant film thickness under the low-speed condition.
