摘要
目的测定食品包装材料中20种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂(PAEs)向食品模拟物中的迁移。方法采用双面浸泡法,把塑料包装材料浸泡在模拟物中,用正己烷提取浸泡液,气相色谱串联三重四级杆质谱(GC-MS/MS)法测定,5种内标法进行定量。结果20种PAES在对应的浓度范围内(5μg/L~500μg/L)线性较好,相关系数>0.9949。方法定量限为0.14μg/kg~27.2μg/kg。样品在低、中、高不同浓度时的加标回收率为82.3%~112.5%,RSD为0.6%~7.6%(n=6)。结论本实验建立的方法快速、简单、准确,能满足食品模拟物中20种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂测定的要求。
Objective This study is to detect the migration of 20 phthalate esters(PAEs)from food packaging materials to food simulants.Methods The plastic packaging material was soaked in the simulated material by double-sided soaking method,and the soaking solution was extracted with n-hexane.The liquid was determined by gas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)and quantified by five internal standard methods.Results The 20 kinds of PAEs showed good linearity in the corresponding concentration range(5μg/L-500μg/L),and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9949.The limits of quantification were within 0.14μg/kg-27.2μg/kg.The recoveries were 82.3%-112.5%with RSD of 0.6%-7.6%(n=6)at low,medium and high concentrations.Conclusion The established method is fast,simple and accurate.It can meet the requirements of detection 20 PAEs in food simulants.
