摘要
目的对青岛市崂山区市售贝壳类海产品中副溶血性弧菌带菌量及毒力因子进行检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析,为应对本地区的食品安全风险提供科学依据。方法从崂山区农贸市场和超市共采集80份贝壳类海产品进行副溶血性弧菌带菌量及毒力因子检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果副溶血性弧菌检出率为76.3%,平均带菌量为16.9 MPN/g,tdh、trh 2种毒力基因的检出率分别为37.5%和75.0%,trh的检出率明显高于tdh,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=22.9,P<0.01)。结论崂山区贝壳类海产品中副溶血性弧菌污染较为严重。
Objective To detect the carrying quantity of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and virulence factors in shellfish sold in Laoshan District of Qingdao City,and analyze the test results,so as to provide scientific basis for coping with the food safety risks in this region.Methods A total of 80 samples of shellfish were collected from Laoshan agricultural market and supermarket for detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus and virulence factors,and the detection results were analyzed.Results The detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 76.3%,and the average carrying capacity was 16.9 MPN/g.The detection rates of TDH and TRH genes were 37.5%and 75.0%,respectively.The detection rate of TRH was significantly higher than that of TDH(χ^(2)=22.9,P<0.01).Conclusion The contamination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in shellfish in Laoshan District is serious.
