天台县常见家畜新布尼亚病毒抗体水平调查

Investigation on the antibody level of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunyavirus in common livestock in Tiantai County

摘要 目的了解天台县各乡镇街道常见家畜(牛、羊、鸡)新布尼亚病毒(SFTSV)感染情况,为疫情预防和控制提供依据。方法采用双抗原夹心法酶联免疫吸附试验检测SFTSV总抗体。结果2020年采集全县重点乡镇街道发热伴血小板减少综合征(SFTS)病例村及周边村常见家畜标本541份,其中牛血液标本276份,羊血液标本215份,鸡血液标本50份,牛、羊、鸡SFTSV总抗体阳性率分别为42.03%、24.65%、0.00%;不同乡镇牛和羊的SFTSV感染率存在明显差异。结论SFTSV在天台县山区乡镇广泛存在,加强山区农民健康教育工作和改变家畜饲养方式是预防该病毒感染的关键。 Objective To know the infection rate of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunyavirus(SFTSV)in common livestock(cattle,sheep and chickens)in Tiantai County,and to provide basis for epidemic prevention and control.Methods A double antigen sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunyavirus(SFTSV)antibody.Results In 2020,541 samples of common domestic animals were collected from severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)villages and surrounding villages in key towns and townships of the county,including 276 bovine blood samples,215 sheep blood samples and 50 chicken blood samples.The positive rates of SFTSV antibody in cattle,sheep and chicken were 42.03%,24.65%and 0.00%,respectively.There were significant differences in SFTSV infection rates of cattle and sheep in different villages and towns.Conclusion The severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome bunyavirus(SFTSV)widely exists in the important mountainous towns of Tiantai County.The key to prevent bunyavirus infection is to strengthen the health education of farmers in mountainous areas and to change the way of raising livestock.
