海宁市成年居民高血压患病现况及相关影响因素分析

Morbidity of hypertension and analysis of influencing factors in rural adults in Haining City

目的了解海宁市居民高血压患病情况及其影响因素,为高血压的防治提供依据。方法采用多阶段随机整群抽样的方法抽取5个镇/街道的18岁~69岁共1494人进行问卷调查、体格测量和实验室检测。结果调查人群高血压患病率为34.00%,标化患病率为27.28%。高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为50.79%、43.11%和11.02%,随着年龄的增加而升高(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,年龄增大、男性、中心性肥胖、肥胖、血脂异常、糖尿病、心血管疾病家族史是高血压患病的危险因素,大专及以上文化程度、每天摄入25克及以上豆制品是保护因素。结论海宁市居民高血压患病率较高,高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率相对较低,亟需针对高血压患病危险因素开展综合防控。

Objective To understand the prevalence of hypertension and its influencing factors in residents in Haining City,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 1494 people aged 18-69 from 5 towns/streets were selected by multi-stage random cluster sampling.Questionnaire survey,physical measurement and laboratory tests were conducted.Results The prevalence of hypertension was 34.00%and the standardized prevalence was 27.28%.The awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of hypertension were 50.79%,43.11%and 11.02%,respectively,which increased with age(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that age,male,central obesity,obesity,dyslipidemia,diabetes,family history of cardiovascular disease were risk factors for hypertension;while college education or above,intake of 25 grams or more soy products per day were protective factors.Conclusion The morbidity of hypertension of Haining was higher,but the awareness,treatment and control rates remained relatively low.It is necessary to carry out the comprehensive control measures to control the risk factors of hypertension.
