摘要
目的了解口腔综合治疗台水路系统的水质污染情况,为临床上口腔科医院感染的管理提供依据。方法2007年—2020年对青岛市各级医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路系统的水质污染情况进行调查分析。结果共监测水样1099份,合格437份,合格率为39.8%。手机喷水监测合格率(32.0%)低于冲洗水(45.3%)(χ^(2)=13.32,P<0.01);二级医院和三级医院手机喷水检测合格率差异无统计学意义(P=0.17),冲洗水之间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.24,P<0.01)。结论青岛市口腔综合治疗台水路系统水质受到污染,应采取有效措施,预防医院感染发生。
Objective To understand the water pollution of oral diagnosis and treatment in medical institutions in Qingdao,and to provide basis for improving and controlling hospital infection.Methods The total number of bacterial colonies in oral water of medical institutions in Qingdao City from 2007 to 2020 was detected by field sampling method.Results A total of 1099 water samples were tested,437 were qualified,and the qualified rate was 39.8%;The qualified rate of mobile phone spray monitoring(32.0%)was lower than that of washing water(45.3%)(χ^(2)=13.32,P<0.01).There was no statistical significance on the difference in the qualified rate of mobile phone spray detection between secondary hospitals and tertiary hospitals(P=0.17),but there was a significant difference between flushing water(χ^(2)=5.24,P<0.01).Conclusion The water for diagnosis and treatment of comprehensive treatment table in stomatology clinic of medical institutions in Qingdao City is generally polluted,We should take effective measures to control hospital infection.
