流式细胞术检测1917例人类白细胞抗原B27结果分析

Results analysis of human leukocyte antigen-B27 detected by flow cytometry in 1917 cases

目的应用流式细胞术对人类白细胞抗原B27(HLA-B27)进行检测并分析其在各类疾病中的表达情况,从而评价HLA-B27在临床中的应用价值。方法用FACSCalibur流式细胞仪对新昌县人民医院门诊和住院患者1917例进行HLA-B27检测。结果男、女HLA-B27阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性11岁~20岁与21岁~30岁、51岁~60岁与大于等于61岁HLB-27的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。女性31岁~40岁与41岁~50岁HLB-27的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。强直性脊柱炎(AS)HLA-B27阳性表达率最高,虹膜睫状体炎次之。强直性脊柱炎(AS)HLA-B27的阳性率与其他疾病HLA-B27的阳性率有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HLA-B27阳性率男性21岁~30岁最高,女性31岁~40岁最高;且与强直性脊柱炎(AS)有高度的相关性。应用流式细胞术对人类白细胞抗原B27(HLA-B27)进行检测对AS的早期诊断有重要价值。

Objective Flow cytometry was used to detect human leukocyte antigen B27(HLA-B27)and analyze its expression in various diseases,so as to evaluate the clinical application value of HLA-B27.Methods HLA-B27 was detected in 1917 outpatients and inpatients of Xinchang People's Hospital by FACSCalibur flow cytometry.Results There was no statistical significance on the difference in the positive rate of HLA-B27 between men and women(P>0.05).In male population,the positive rate of HLB-27 between 11-20 years old and 21-30 years old,and the positive rate of HLB-27 between 51-60 years old and over 60 years old were statistically significant(P<0.05).In female population,the difference in the positive rate of HLB-27 between 31-40 years old and 41-50 years old was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of HLA-B27 was the highest in ankylosing spondylitis(AS),followed by iridocyclitis.The positive rate of HLA-B27 in AS was significantly higher than that in other diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of HLA-B27 was the highest in 21-30 years old population for male and the highest in 31-40 years old population for female,and it was highly correlated with AS.The detection of HLA-B27 by flow cytometry is of great value in the early diagnosis of AS.
