At present,in the management process of enterprises and institutions,managers use the online question library and producing examination paper system as an important tool for employee assessment and evaluation,which can greatly improve the efficiency and level of employee promotion assessment.The research topic of this paper is based on the design and implementation of online question library and producing examination paper system.According to the needs of some companies,the system uses layered software architecture to complete system design and development.
