艾草改性竹浆纤维功能面料的开发与性能 被引量:1

Development and performance of functional fabrics with wormwood modified bamboo pulp fiber

摘要 以艾草改性竹浆纤维和光致变色黏胶长丝为原料,编织了9种不同组织和混纺比的织物,对比分析了组织类型和混纺比对织物耐用性能和服用舒适性的影响。结果表明:3种组织织物的厚度、单位面积质量、面密度、导热系数和50 N/cm^(2)下厚度从小至大的排序为瑞士点纹织物<涤盖棉类织物<微孔织物;纵向断裂强力和正面耐磨性从大至小排序为涤盖棉类织物>瑞士点纹织物>微孔织物;涤盖棉类织物和微孔织物的横向断裂强力接近,且都高于瑞士点纹织物;顶破强力、压缩功和压缩回复率从大至小的排序为瑞士点纹织物>涤盖棉类织物>微孔织物;透气率和透湿度从大至小的排序为瑞士点纹织物>微孔织物>涤盖棉类织物得出织物耐用性能、服用舒适性与织物组织类型、混纺比的对应关系,可有针对性地根据需求选择组织类型和混纺比。 Using wormwood modified bamboo pulp fiber and photochromic viscose filament as raw materials, nine groups of fabrics with different weave and blended yarn ratio are prepared. The effects of weave type and blended yarn ratio on fabric durability and wearing comfort are compared and analyzed. The results show that the order of thickness, weight per unit area, area density, thermal conductivity and thickness at 50 N/cm^(2) of the three fabrics is as follows: Swiss dot fabric<polyester cotton fabric<microporous fabric. The order of longitudinal breaking strength and frontal wear resistance from large to small is: polyester cotton fabric>Swiss dot fabric>microporous fabric. The transverse breaking strength of polyester cotton fabric and microporous fabric are similar, and both are higher than that of Swiss dot fabric. The order of bursting strength, compression work and compression recovery is: Swiss dot fabric>polyester cotton fabric>microporous fabric. The order of air permeability and moisture permeability from large to small is: Swiss dot Fabric>microporous fabric>polyester cotton covered fabric. The corresponding relationship between fabric durability, wearing comfort and fabric weave type and blending ratio is obtained, and the weave type and blending ratio can be selected according to the needs.
