转轮辅助微波恒温对真空减压煮蚕效果的影响 被引量:1

Influence of reel and microwave assisting vacuum decompression on cocoon boiling

摘要 煮茧均匀性对缫丝质量至关重要,在真空减压煮茧装置中利用微波恒温并增加有辐条的转轮回转来改善煮茧均匀性,以提高煮茧质量。研究了微波处理温度和时间对茧层吐水量和丝胶溶失率的影响,并与现有真空减压煮茧设备进行试验对比。试验发现:利用转轮辅助微波恒温煮茧装置能有效改善蚕茧吐水均匀性;微波作用温度和时间对煮茧质量有非常重要的影响,最佳的微波处理温度为75℃~80℃,处理时间为80 s~90 S。改进后,缫丝的品质明显改观,舒解率、洁净成绩显著提高,万米吊糙和丝故障率大幅下降。 Cocoon boiling uniformity is crucial to silk reeling quality.In the vacuum decompression cocoon boiling device,constant-temperature microwave treatment combining with reel part with spokes are used to increase the uniformity of cocoon boiling to improve the quality of cocoon boiling.The influence of microwave treatment temperature and treatment time on the water-spitting volume of cocoon and the dissolution loss rate of sericin in the process of cocoon boiling is studied,and the device is applied to the actual production and compared with the common vacuum decompression cocoon boiling equipment.The experimental results show that the reel and microwave assisting cocoon boiling could effectively improve the water-spitting uniformity.Microwave temperature and time have very important effects on boiling cocoon quality,and the optimum microwave treating temperature range is 75℃〜80℃,and the processing time is 80〜90 s.The quality of cocoon boiling could be significantly improved after the modification,the relaxation rate and clean performance have been significantly improved,and the rate of 10000-meter roughness and silk failure has been drastically reduced.
