摘要
采用吸湿发热腈纶和光能发热腈纶分别与羊毛进行混纺,设计开发了具有发热保暖效果的毛衫产品。改变发热纤维的比例以及针织物组织结构,设计织造了15种面料(其中纯羊毛面料为对照样),对面料透气性、透湿性、热阻、吸湿发热性能进行测试,并分析了发热纤维的种类、纤维比例以及组织结构对织物发热保暖性能的影响。结果表明,15种织物均具有显著的发热效果,其中羊毛/吸湿发热腈纶70/30混纺面料的发热效果最好。
The hygroscopic heating acrylic fiber and light-energy heating acrylic fiber respectively are used to blend with wool to design and develop sweater products with heating and warmth effect. By changing the proportion of heating fiber and knitted fabric structure, 15 kinds of fabrics(The pure wool fabric is taken as the control sample) are designed and woven. The breathability, moisture permeability, thermal resistance and hygroscopic heating properties of the fabric are tested, and the influence of the type, fiber proportion and tissue structure of the heating fiber on the heating and thermal properties of the fabric are analyzed. The results show that all the 15 fabrics have significant heating effect, among which 70/30 wool/hygroscopic heating acrylic blended fabric has the best heating effect.
