基于多部件组合的智能头部防护设备设计

摘要 为了给头部提供可靠、舒适的保护环境,设计了多部件组合的智能头部防护系统。系统由亲肤层、功能层、防护层组成,能够进行实时温湿度监测和心率监测,并自动调节温湿度。温湿度和舒适性测试结果表明,智能头部防护设备能有效调节内环境温湿度,且佩戴方便,可显著提高使用舒适性。 In order to provide a reliable and comfortable protection environment for the head, a set of intelligent head protection system based on multi component combination is designed. The system consists of a skin-friendly layer, a functional layer and a protective layer, and is capable of real-time temperature and humidity monitoring and heart rate monitoring, as well as automatic temperature and humidity adjustment. The results of temperature and humidity and comfort tests show that this intelligent head protection device can effectively regulate the temperature and humidity of the internal environment, and is convenient to wear, which can significantly improve the use comfort.
