基于新型基础测绘背景,分析了国内外在地理实体数据库建设方面的现状,提出了满足多领域同时兼顾应用管理实际的实体分类及编码方法,研究了地理实体空间、时间和属性"三域标识"的表达,讨论了数据库及实体生产更新方法,创新应用实体概略图形于实体生产及管理过程中,并通过试生产进行理论方法的验证。
